Our Shipping and Returns Policy
 

We ship via UPS.  UPS rates have been set up to automatically calculate when your items are placed in the shopping cart.

Most items are shipped within two to three business days. 

Shipping and Handling rates are for UPS ground shipping for the continental Unites States unless you select a different method.

Rush Orders:

If you need something in a rush, please call West Coast Candles toll free at 1-866-672-5507. We are open Pacific Standard Time 1:30 to 5:00 Monday - Wednesday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 Tuesday and Thursday and closed Saturday and Sunday.  If you need the item over night please call us by 1:00 Pacific Time for availability.  All overnight or second day delivery charges will be added to your total.

Back Orders:

On occasion, demand exceeds our immediate expectations.  We will email you or call you with the expected delivery date.

Exchanges and Returns:

If for any reason you need to return your purchases please contact us at our toll free number 1-866-672-5507.  We accept returns within 15 working days of the date of purchase for all items except closeouts.  All candles must be in original condition.  We will not accept burned candles. We will be happy to assist you with any problems in fragrance exchange or refunds.  We cannot refund the original shipping cost to you, and if you purchased items over $75.00, we will not be able to cover your shipping costs if a return processed.
